Merchant Coupon Advertising Program

The support and cooperation of merchants is important to the success of “B” on the Run…Twilight 5K Run/Walk. The event also offers merchants an opportunity to reach a large audience and acquaint new customers to your business.

With our Coupon Advertising Program, we will create an environment of support and excitement throughout the community to both provide support of our two non-profit organizations…JDRF (Type 1 Diabetes) and Girls on the Run of Silicon Valley, and enhance your opportunity to establish new customers.

The program is broken down into two key elements:

 Welcome to Los Gatos

JustBeingGirls.com will feature listings, addresses and phone numbers of participating business merchants, focusing primarily on hotels, restaurants, things to do and shopping areas with links to business websites. Also, included is an article entitled “Escape to Los Gatos” which will give race participants an idea of how to spend a weekend in town.

 “B” on the Run…Twilight 5K Run/Walk  Merchant Coupons

Each participating merchant will have the opportunity to create one coupon promotion to be listed on www.JustBeingGirls.com website for “B” on the Run with a link to your business. Your coupon will be displayed along with other merchants also as a downloadable PDF file on the race website.

Race flyers will be provided in advance to merchants who are advertising and supporting the event. The flyers will provide a QR Code which can be scanned with a Smartphone directly linking to the event website.

Cost and Submission Guidelines:

Coupon Advertising Fee: $75

Coupon Ad Size: 400 x 300 px

Ad Format: digital format (jpeg or png)

Ads can be either Black/White or Color
