Here’s the recipe from the video
2 Cups Chicken Broth
1 Onion Chopped
2 Cloves of Garlic
1 lb of Vegetables (Broccoli, Carrots, Potatoes, or Winter Squash) Mix them up and get creative!
½ cup of half and half or milk
Salt and Pepper
Herbs of your Choice
Optional Sour Cream or Crème Fraiche
Bring broth to boil. Add onion, garlic, and vegetables. Bring down to low temperature and cover. Simmer 10-15 minutes. Take off heat. Puree with an immersion blender or put in a blender. Add milk or half and half. Salt and pepper to taste. Place dollop of sour cream or crème fraiche in center of soup bowl and garnish with parsley. Enjoy!
